HEY GUYS
I'm getting dreads done professionally hopefully next week here is my issue I would love you guys to respond to -
I did them myself a few years back with a friend through backcombing, and they were realy messy and clumpy and i just didnt appreciate them very much because of this.
So professionally, it will look great and tidy and the girl knows what shes doing but it costs 90! I was thinking this is rather steep, but I may get my mom to pay for it as she owes me 200. Or at least pay some towards it like 50.
Also, I shaved a section of my head and it is now 2 to 3 inches long, I was thinking of waiting for it to grow after my dreads and then just wrapping it or braiding it or something? Maybe dreading it too.
It is a major life commitment, its like, this is something that will affect any career I want - unfortunately this modern world isnt so modern, i mean, parents still "protect" their kids from people with piercings and dont allow them to babysit, its sick - however Im thinking, learn to drive just become an Avon representative hahaha.
Also, my hair was starting to grow and there is that part of me thats like Ive waited so long to have long black curly hair again, way past my shoulders, but then theres a bigger part of me thats like yeah but dreads will look sooo much better than just long black hair!
Plus my hair is still going to grow after the dreads, a friend Ive known for years and years had long dreads, she dated my brother for 3 years, and hers were really loose at the top from growing and she ended up brushing as much as she could out and cutting the rest after like 6 years of dreads and she has the nicest longest red hair it is beautiful.
Yeah. Im going to do it.
Yeah Im unemployed but Im moving nowhere with that as it is, despite my efforts, and there are health food stores and hippie stores I could work in - oooooooooooooooooo new info!
Me and the boy are getting a house together I told him I would like to move to worcester, brighton or plymouth. I want to find a job online, go for it, get an interview, if I get it, we move. But he has a good job here so maybe I find a job and take the train for a while to whereever I get it until he gets a job there and we find a place together.
I dont know. I just need a job and if we move to a bigger city it will be better. Everyone knows there are NO jobs in hereford, peopel who dont live in Hereford know there are no jobs.
I just have to get a job somewhere else, I dont pay rent right now so its not like I need the money I would be spending on transportation...
Like Lush cosmetics. I could totally work there!
