To the anonymous person that sent me a membership for whatever reason, thanks!

It's been a while. Maybe I'll keep up with the place better.

Ever feel like you are missing something? Like you forgot about a part of yourself and you've been running for such a long time, and all of a sudden you realize you are missing a piece, but you don't know what it is?

Yeah, me neither, but I was thinking that would be really fucking weird.

Edit (2009): I'm transparent like glass, aren't I?

So, the weather's supposed to go crazy here over the next couple days. Will it rain? Will it get cold? Will it drop from 65 to 30 in 24 hours? Can the weatherman even predict the weather for the next two minutes?

Weather channel says we'll get freezing rain/sleet/snow tomorrow night, with the temp dropping 30 deg in an 8 hour period. Who knows.

Dear Mister Officer,

Please stop running your spotlight past my window. You're not going to catch your crook floating around 25' off the ground. If you do, let me know so I can check myself in the crazy house.

Thanks,

Seth.

Sometimes, people make me wonder... What makes them tick the way they do? Why do they behave the way they do? What upsets them? What makes them so angry? Sometimes you can see, and sometimes there seems to be no reason. Go figure.

It's been a really long week. Work's been pretty fun for the most part. I've been doubling up the workload to ensure...

In reference to yesterday:

My mom seems to remember the people I was referring to. Nice to know I'm not just "remembering" things. She even seems to remember some of my dealings with them (even dealings I didn't think she knew).

And now for something completely different:

It's been a long, boring day. Day three of the work week always seems to do that. Tomorrow,...

It's seriously strange how some things can just disappear. Like you drop a piece of paper under a cabinet, and next thing you know, it's completely gone. You move the cabinet, and it's just not there anymore. How the hell does that happen? I mean, there's nowhere for the damned thing to go to. And it was touching ground as it fell under the cabinet....

I'll be happy when it's next weekend. I hate transitioning back from nights to days. Sure, I have two *days* off, but one of those days is my "night". And of course that means I have my sleeping schedule back on track by the next work day. So it comes down to if Carlos doesn't hold this night shift down and screws around and they...

Happy new years! 2007's gonna be gone soon, so cherish it now while you still can!

It's so funny how life goes. A summer was a half a lifetime when I was young. Now half a lifetime is just a summer. Everything comes and goes and it does so very quickly. A "month" ago I said goodbye to highschool. A "week" ago my friends were...

And now for something completely different!

Going to party tonight!

Partying (edit: and by partying I mean getting sloppy drunk) is something funny for me. I say I do it more than I do, and when I do party, I usually don't like to make mention of it. That's and odd quirk I guess. A few years ago I'd make stupid remarks about drinking and...

Oh well. To top off a fabulous day of bitching customers, a bleeding, blistered foot, and a migrane, I got to walk a football field in the rain frown

Met a girl I went to middle school with. One of the cheerleaders that made fun of me on a couple occasions. She was actually kinda nice to me. I guess there's always some faith that people...

It's odd. Aside from by my brother and one of his friends, I was never picked on in school. I've often wondered why that was. But then my school experience often seems more pleasant that others I hear about.

That's heartening to hear about your father. My own is an incredibly functional alcoholic.

It's been my experience that very few people ignore what they don't like; that would be logical, and precious few act in that way. But then I'm a bit of a cynic.

Ah, to be an insomniac and attend conventions on the moon. I believe there was a Simic poem about that.
