Thant you guys so much for the encouragement about the movie. That was one snippet of a pretty funny scene, but it's all funny in a dark comedy of errors type of way. I was hoping just to give you guys a little feel of what the movie was going to be like. (I didn't know if anyone else is going to find this shit funny.) I've needed to change one scene idea. Towards the end of the movie Seymour goes into a bathroom and gets stoned. At first, when we first wrote this movie, (we were stoned), getting stoned was intended as a good thing that happens to him. But this time as I work on it I have to change it to another bad/unexpected thing... my mom is going to watch this! LOL!! So, now, he'll get stoned accidentally, thinking it is a ciggarette till it's "too late".Maybe when I write out the subway scene, (Seymour gets mugged 3 times trying to catch a subway train), I'll post some of that.

LANDLORD (MR MONAY) (contd)

SEYMOUR PECKER
Mr. Monay, I AM NOT RAY! He lives in the apartment above me. I am the one who has been complaining...
Seymour sets down his briefcase, suit, and shoes.
LANDLORD (MR MONAY)
Dont give me that shit. You do this every month...
SEYMOUR PECKER
(getting upset)
No, YOU do this every month.
(louder)
Every single month you accuse me. You turn off my electric. I AM NOT RAY. IM SEYMOUR!
LANDLORD (MR MONAY)
Youre not going to yell at me in my own building.

So, I'm trying to get at least a discription for every scene, some scenes are almost finished and some have only the scene discription, (ex EXT. SEYMOUR'S APT - MORNING). This weekend, I want a real discription for all the scenes, so I can go back and finish fleshing it out. Since I had a few of you give me so much encouragement, I'm really feeling like I can get that goal accomplished.

If I keep moving forward one step at a time, eventually this will get done. Thank you for following my continued adventures, my bitching, my complaining, my hopes and my dreams... If it wasn't for you, offering encouragement and, hell, just listening, I wouldn't have gotten this far. I think I would have given up on it by now.

About my sailing goals. I've started to figure out my next step is working on my timeline. We have a date set to leave on the cirumnavigation. Now, I might not actually leave that day. But it gives a goal date. (Last date like that was April 1st 2004, and we left Feb 17th 2004.) I think I need to work my timeline backwards to make sure I have enough time for everything. I have some goals about leaving. The leave date is November 29, 2010. I want my website up and functional, I'd like to have at least 150 (paying) members. I want our new (larger) boat and to have been on it for at least a year to learn to sail the new rig. (I'm used to a cutter sloop, and we want the new one to be a topsail schooner.) I want to have written several articles for cruising magazines as well as ones on having build the new boat. I want an active relationship with Latts and Atts Magazine. I want to be able to send them video clips for their online show, too. (As an interesing note. Here is a website similar to what I want to do, but I want mine to be more involved, Project Blue Sphere.

Would you give up your life if you could save a total stranger?
A: Depends on the situation. But right now, probably not. I have two little people who depend on me, I'm not depriving them for someone I don't know. Once they move out, there is a much better chance I would.

A: I wouldn't. If I changed anything, where I am now wouldn't be the same. If I could do some Heinlein, Lazarus Long kind of shit, and just go back and change things without age regression kind of time travel, but go back on my timeline now...

I would go back to when I was a dancer and there was like $2000 a week coming into my household, I'd find a way to steal money over an extended amount of time and I'd stick it in a back account or invest it in our names and I'd put the paperwork and all somewhere to be found this year. Then when I comeback to my time now and find it. Then we could build out boat and have the money to start traveling.
