So I decided to do a two for one special and write a little blog surrounding two topics. First is that I just so happen to have taken my first photo set with a green corset on. So coming to you now is a never before seen image of me in a green corset which is not in my set "Waiting". So Happy St. Paddy's Day to my Irish fans and friends!! <3
Second is @missy had us do homework and share our first tattoo. My first tattoo was a nightmare. I drew up this dragon that I thought was super cool. Knew I wanted to tattoo it to my leg and decided it was going to be my 18th birthday gift to myself. I booked the appointment at a very well known shop in my area, but because this was my first tattoo I didn't have an artist and didn't really go into it fully understanding the tattoo world. The guy that gave me my tattoo was a total nightmare to be tattooed by. Talk about unprofessional, the whole time he was buzzing away he was on the phone talking to presumed the soon to be ex wife about who is getting what stuff from the house after the divorce!! I may have been knew to the game but I new this was not right. I guess he was so angry that he ended up over working my dragon and I still to this day have raised spots on it. So this tattoo, my first one, has been worked on over and over again and it is still not finished. This was the progression.
My first sitting. This was in 2007. I didn't know how to color him in so I just settled on this.
My second sitting. Going back in for color. I came out with a rainbow flag of colors on his wings. Not what I wanted when I said "make the wings look like they have fire on them." Done three weeks after the first one by the same asshole.
My third sitting. Decided I wanted more color and this time I went to what was becoming my regular artist and told him to please fix this shit! ASAP!
And my most recent adding was about 6 months ago and finally got this looking how I want it. EXCEPT I have one more sitting left and that is to add three roses around the shield to represent my mom, sister and niece. So over the course of 8 years I finally will have the tattoo I wanted for my 18th birthday! Crazy first tattoo story right haha!!
