What a beautiful weekend!
Great weather!
BBQ'd some amazing white king salmon last night and cooked up fresh chantrelles to go with it--quite the awesome combo.
Spent the early part of the week out in the islands which was also quite aweome. Nice and quiet and with great weather--it was a perfect mid-week get-a-way.
Went to the Fremont market today which was pretty happening, picked up some plants for my water garden at the Indoor Sun Shop and then worked in the garden for a while this evening!
All in all--a very good weekend.
Seattle is so spectacular in the summer; there isn't anywhere else I would rather be. {Except maybe whitewater rafting near Leavenworth.

Just to get things straight for the other readers of my journal . . .
there is no plane . . .
and how can fish that comes out of our Northwest waters and mushrooms that come out of the woods be fancy? Just nature at its best . . .
And yes, I did the cooking . . .
