Anyone in the Canton/Livonia/Westland area, who is interested, I need a workout partner. Army training Wednesdays aren't enough and even if I'm running and doing sit ups and push ups on my own, I think it could be pushed farther with help. So let me know.

If you want to box too, that's another story.
He'll start you out doing cardio to get in shape to box, but if you don't want to box it'll just be really tough cardio workouts.
It's like 120 a month - 3 days a week. For me its definitely worth it. Come check it out, talk to Greg (the trainer) and he'll give you the whole bit, and you can see if its something you'd like to do.
