don't know whats up with my phone taking small pictures. gay.

but anyway. last night was the Gorilla Biscuits, Murphy's Law, Comeback Kid show. there was another band but i wasn't impressed. and it should have been Blacklisted. but who knows what went on there. but the show was awesome. it made me get up this morning and try and find all the shit i used to listen to when i was growing up. Strife, Shutdown, etc...Made me go back to basics. none of the kids i hang out with would really be into any of it except maybe John or Mirrak. I'm like the borderline kid, the one that caught the last few years of the oldschool meets new school years. you know before the kids started kicking each other in the face and actually ran circle pits instead of kung fu demonstrations. not that i mind the new school in fact i love every second of it. its just different for me cause alot of kids wear Terror shirts and don't even know Buried Alive. I went to As I Lay Dying with A Life Once Lost Norma Jean and Madball and kids didn't even know any Madball songs. How fucked up is that? Its just nice i guess for me to hit the basics. Not really old school Like GB and Youth of Today but middle school. Old enough to know about the old school and caught the lasst wind of it and young enough to still like whats going on now. good times. i'm glad i got caught in the middle.


oh and Murphy's Law is the shit. period. they covered ZZtop.
