I have never seen "galloping gourmet" as I don't have cable, but I am fond of the PBS people...Julia child & Jacques Pepin (she is so very creepy!), Yan can Cook, and my favorite Two FAt Ladies. Have you ever seent hat one? 2 Fat british women travel around on their motorcyle and sidecar and cook everything starting with at least a lb of bacon. One of them died. Oh well. Too much bacon.

we went fishing a bit back in the blue ridge mountains, chicken livers staining my cigarettes and jeans as we cast and cast and the dogs got hooked on the hooks cause THEY wanted the chicken livers, but the catfish did too...we caught 13 fish that day... It was very beautiful and calm and bloody.
