The weight lifting is going well. It's nice to be back to working out again. I missed it. As for running. HOLY CALF CRAMP FROM HELL. I am going to be power walking for a while - running seems to bring the cramp right back.

Anyone use Fitocracy? Thoughts? I'm thinking of using it.

Finally was able to carve out a spot to set my weight bench back up. Have missed it. Two hernia surgeries has taken a toll, but I'm cleared to start lifting again. FINALLY.

I know right! I was in shock after I got off the phone. I cried again, but tears of joy. They were so nice to me and so understanding, especially because a mentally unstable person being without meds is a VERY dangerous situation. I apologized for crying and they both were just like "oh hunny it's ok." I was so happy.
