Got back from a run. Hope that running more will bring me back from this dark place I've navigated myself into. It's a necrotic expanse that only I can find my way out of. I knew it was coming and only a matter of time and was as prepared as possible. It's a lonely place. Darkness has fallen, it's time to start moving back toward the light.
