Fluffy update... the news is mixed. She survived the surgery. It was her spleen, not her intenstines that has the tumor. The long term prognosis is not great. She's not bouncing back as quickly as the vet hoped by this evening, but it may be due to her age. He removed her spleen and hoped that her red blood cell count will improve by morning. I told him tonite that I want to only take action that will give her a good quality of life and not just prolong her life. I owe her that. I"m hoping that the news in the morning will be better and will post an update tomorrow evening. Thank you to everyone that gave me support through this difficult time.
