well, watching the "$100 and a T-shirt" documentary is really inspirational. cause i've made zines, but i always just mail the original to people i think will like them, instead of making copies.
my older famous sis, has always told me to make a zine, cause of the comics, and obsessive need to write... but i usually ignore her advice because she is composed of batery acid.
but my lil sis...wel we tried to write a story, after the time we were in Venezuela, in south america, and kinda gelled on a horror story while waiting for sleep (and while bugs ate me to pieces since there was no air conditioning, and the window was open)
anyway we wrote a a horror short story, and said we should do it again, in the same way old friends tell each other that hanging out all night full of sugar and comic books and those wierd late night sentiments, (oh any one geeky who had "sleepovers" with comics, cult movies, and a ton of junk food gets this idea of greeting dawn with a great plan that dissapates as the dew that forms)
anyway we tried to co-write a story, but failed as our writing styles are too different.
it cost al it's cohesion. no glue to us two. in writing anyway.
we've been doing a still life drawing thing at the muesuem, and we goto movies and trade reciepes..
wait what was i talking about?
oh right.
rosemary.
fresh rosemary and a lil honey will make your corn taste great everytime. with a bit of garlic salt.
mmmmmmm. garlic salt.
