Hello SG Land. So I've been instructed to post more and honestly, I've been intending to for the past week, but my brain has been in hibernation. I blame the onset of autumn giving me the blues a little bit on and off for the last week or so. But now all the trees are explosively colorful and half naked, and you can hardly see where the sidewalks end because leaves are covering every spot of ground. This is my first change of seasons in VA and it's got me pretty psyched. I got no time for the blues!
My mom and brother are definitely coming to visit for Xmas, and even though I've decided not to celebrate it anymore since it's a holiday with no personal meaning to me, I'm still excited to have a reason to see them. We'll all probably freeze to death together and I couldn't be happier. At last, my mom will have a holiday away from her evil husband and we'll get her all to ourselves! Bahahaha!
I've really got to get more active on the site. There are so many things I try to pack into my free time and SG takes a backseat. Because let's face it, I'm so engrossed in Atlas Shrugged that I can't think about much else. Ayn Rand is amazing, flat out. It's so refreshing to finally read books with bold female characters who are forces of their own rather than just accessories to whichever guy they're banging. Bang away ladies, but on your own terms, know what I'm sayin? And with that piece of slurred advice, I must away, most likely to read some more before work. I'm gonna wear jeans, a collared shirt, a cowboy hat and a mustache and hope I get away with putting such little effort into a costume.
Chunk deuce!
