Why is it, the more time off you have from work, the harder it is to get back into the swing of things?, you would think that after your time off you would come back refreshed and ready to go..............not so.............not at all.........

I agree. After a break, we should be motivated! I had a week off before Christmas, and I still haven't gotten my rear in gear at work. At least I show up. Most of the time.
