I use Illustrator, for the fact that vector drawing are easier to scale, and if you dont want to cut it yourself, a plotting machine can cut the design using the vector.

No Update yet, I have been working crazy overtime designing Levels for StarWars Battlefront II. Its the last few months of production and we are finished. my eyes are about to pop out from the 80+ hours a week. good thing overtime is only for a month or two
