Out of sheer boredom, I was at looking at profiles of the DJs from my favorite classical radio station at the station's website and it turns out that I have a lot, and I mean A LOT in common when it comes to interests, hobbies, favorite books, ect. with middle ages classical music disc jockeys. okay people. About 40 hours ago I came to the realization that I consume insane amounts of sugar and that it is totally messing with my body. So I decided to go cold turkey on the sugar for at least a week, I'll probably do two weeks. And then after that, no refined sugars. Just fruit. And chocolate.
