I can't find other peoples blogs, and navigating the groups is shit. Those were the only two reasons I was here anymore. I'm letting my account expire. I'm really disappointed and a little angry, to tell you the truth. I've been here 10 years and never had a problem with changes staff made before, but this sucks and I'm over it.

update:

so the adderall made me feel SO MUCH better. however, i am still exhausted. apparently i was given a 12 hour pill and about 6 hours in i was like ok, goodnight. so either i need a different dosage or maybe it still isn't the right med, but my head is still clear though and i feel hopeful again. that light at the end...

I totally wish we lived next door to each other. We would have so much freaking fun as BFFs.

So the way medifast works is you eat 5 of their meal replacements (shakes, bars, soups, they even have pancakes) and one "lean and green" meal. The lean and green meal is basically 5-7 ounces of chicken, turkey, fish, eggs with 3 servings of approved veggies, which is almost all vegetables but potatoes. I am very excited and cannot wait to start it. So ready to be under 200 lbs again. Hopefully the first 20 melt off.

My boss at maggies and I are going to work out Monday night with the trainer. I hope this wo.rks.

Took a 3 hour nap today, hopefully work goes by quickly and I make a bunch of money...I got my insurance premium today and I had forgotten it was due. They bill me every 3 months and its easy to forget its coming. Boo.
