I woke up at 6:45 for some reason, then couldn't sleep. I did a bunch of chore type stuff, then a ton of online ny times crosswords. I can reliably do mon-wed with no major trouble now. Thursday is my next goal. Yes, I know having a crossword goal is mildly sad.
I'm off to the library to the get the final volume of My Papa, take a little walk, then I'm going to see Little Miss Sunshine.

So, finished the 'fast' part of the juice fast, but that just means I ate a whole apple today. You're supposed to come back slowly and healthily. Eating the cheeseburger right now would just cause...issues. So, there's indeed more juice in my future...but more fruits and vegetables too. Oh, joy.

So, middle of Day 2 of the juice fast. I'm not dreaming of cheeseburgers yet, but then again I'm still sleeping intermittantly. I'm stocked up on 6 kinds of Trader Joe's organic juices. And if I really want to go crazy, then I head over to Jamba Juice.
In the meantime, I finished the next draft of my vampire script. It's called Sheep's Clothing.
When I fast, I find that the only way I can succeed is to drink a lot and don't stop. If I drink enough, I never really feel hungry. But once I wait too long and get a real hungry feeling, juice just doesn't fill it.
Are you going by the White Horse this month? I've got a guest coming in on Wednesday and I don't know if I should go out and possibly be hungover for her arrival. Hmmm, have fun or be mature
So, I'm starting a juice fast. Two to three days of salads and fruit, then nothing but juice for five days. Then a very slow return to one hopes a run of healthy eating. At the very least it's a good system detox and restart. I need that right now. I did one before about 8 years ago.
A detox doesn't sound like a bad idea actually. I generally eat fairly healthy, but sometimes I think I end up undernourished. I kind of get going in my days and forget to eat like I'm supposed to.
I might like to check out your Mazda as I get closer to making a final decision.
