wow, that does sound like a steal of a deal on the house!!! My house is 1716 sq ft, so I have a good sense for what 1800 sq ft would be like....you'll love it!!! Lots of room to grow into, fill with cats, etc.

I am so excited for her that she was able to get such a fabulous job. I knew that she would be snapped up if she interviewed with some reasonably smart people, of course finding reasonably smart people.... I can't wait to hear how things go for her.
As for the houses, I'm with you on the one you like. I really like the enclosed porch and the lot. How's the kitchen in that one? It has more space and I think you guys will want that extra space too. And it's newer.
