New pole dance practice video. I've just started being able to do a shoulder mount which is that janky looking move I do where I flip my feet over my head. It hurts. Real bad.

I just put a new poling practice video. I'm definitely getting better. Acquired some new tricks, some of which still look really sloppy, and am learning some inverted moves.. which look ungraceful at best.. but believe it or not look better then they did at first.

I'm doing a couple new things and some new combination.. and even doing some inverts, however I suck really hard at them and want to get them at least somewhat smoothed out a bit before posting it.
