Dragon*Con was fucking AMAZING.
My favourite artist (Joseph Micheal Linsner) asked me to model for him. I tried not to get all giggly but I was having such a huge fangirl moment (well, many moments).

You're going as "Hawkgirl" or "Dawn" as in the comic? Either one is such a cool choice. Hawkgirl is mega complicated, but I'm sure you'll pull it off quite well. Your costumes are always amazing...

I agree with your point of view. It's your body and you should do what you want to feel good about it.
Do, however be real careful to get a good doctor and also talk to your tax guy about writing it off of your taxes. (I've heard about dancers being about to do that . Seriously.)

Well, my plans to move kind of met a tragic end... not tragic in that anything horrible happened, just that they're not gonna happen anytime soon. It's mostly because I trusted someone I shouldn't have... but also poor planning on my part.
So I'm staying in PGH alone for a while, gonna get a second job and save some money. Not a fun situation, but it could be worse.
