I'm carrying on with a series of questions that I answered in Chex314's journal.

A) First, recommend to me:
1. a movie:
2. a book:
3. a musical artist, song, or album:

(B) I want everyone who reads this to ask me three questions, no more, no less. Ask me anything you want.

(C) Then I want you to go to your journal, copy...

I don't know what you have seen/read/heard already but here's my best shot:

1)Movie: Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Simply awesome.

2)Book: technicly a play, but Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead by Tom Stoppard. Very fun to read.

3)The cast recording to the musical Urinetown. You heard me: ) Despite the title, and even if you don't like musicals, it's great music. Either that or the Avenue Q recording, more on the outright funny side with dirty lyrics set to Sesame Street-like tunes.

ok, three questions...

1)If you could make a snowman of anything, what would it be?
2)What's your favorite cereal?
3)What famous woman, living or dead, would you have sex with (assuming of course the dead lady was really alive of coursesmile
satanicmechanic:
and your questions about me;

1.What was your favorite toy when growing up? The precious few Barbies that weren't mutilated by my brother, trolls, and these things called Cupcake Dolls that were perfumed and made me hungry

2.What's your favorite Velvet Underground album? The Velvet Underground and Nico, still a classic

3.Name a band and/or album that takes you to waaaay
back in the day, for better or worse
For better; when I was 8 I listened to my brother's Hendrix album, Axis:Bold as Love over and over
For Worse: Believe it or not I actually like the Spice Girls and Hanson, and not only that but they take me back to the agonizing pain of middle school

I'm sorry, honey, but I HAD to bump you down to bookmark. You know full well that I love you! I promise to keep up with your journal and everything (when you update it!), but you know what a freak I am with my list. kiss

I know it was a very odd thing to hear at 6am new years day while I was taking photos of the first sunise of the year. All I can say is I'm glad I have a sense of humour or I would have taken it as a bad sign for the year to come.

Oh, and thanks for the kind words blush!

MWAH!

Ok, update time!

Tomorrow I'm going with some friends from work to a little get together somewhere. I'm going to be in a room, with people, conversing with them, on a Friday night. Woah. surreal

The next day I'm off to another recording gig! I'll try to remember to take some pics so you have an idea as to what I've been trying to do with...

Hello all.

Thank you if you read my last long-winded entry. If you didn't read it, I can't blame you. It's not like you haven't read countless other journal entries on the subject. But hey, I needed to vent.

Well I finally got the call back for a new job. I knew I'd get it all this time since the managers there know me and...

"The entire continent is asleep, and in that sleep, a grand nightmare is taking place." - Henry Miller, Tropic Of Capricorn

Did you watch the presidential debates? I didn't see all of the first and second one because I was at work. I did see all of the third one. From what I saw of all three, it was blatantly obvious to...

jazz:
Hmmm, yep I watched the third. And I'd have to fully agree. It was actually rather funny to watch, which in its self is a sad thing when its a presidential debate for a very influential nation.

I was hopeing that Kerry would win the election, at the moment relations between Australia and the USA seem to be more important to the Australian government than our own health care system or even the economy. If you talk to many "thinking" Australians, we are actually very scared of this cossy relationship our priminister (howard) has with your president (bush). It seems our priminister may be even more of an idiot than your President. What is this world coming to?

Yes it was an understatment when I said a "bit dim", but I can't help being polite its just the way I am.

"All hat and no cowboy" Sounds spot on the mark when it comes to Bush. And its probably the only language he'd understand.

Texans come up with the weirdest sayings. Hmmm, that coming from an Australian, could be seen as a little hypocritical. whatever

Anyway, has the fat lady sung yet? Is it officially over for Kerry?

Will check on ya later, Mwah miao!!
jazz:
Yep, sooooo true. One of my friends fav little songs she sings goes something like this.

Oooooh cunty cunt cunt. cunt cunt cunt cuntie. cuntie cunt cuntie. Anyway you get the idea.
She sings this down the street, at the shops, doing the washing or whenever she gets bored. Its still a very off-putting word. But it really does depend who says it and how they say it that makes all the difference.

The most commom word you'll hear is "bugger". It has a rather bad literal meaning but being Australian we'v managed to corupt it and turn it into something different.

miao!!

Well my throat is still feeling raw from last night. I was at the Palladium in Worcester for Skatefest. I saw The Early November, and was much impressed.

However, the reason why I went was so that I could get myself a seat down front, and get served with the triple-decker-hardcore-knuckle-sandwhich that included:

The Hope Conspiracy
Throwdown
and.....
Norma Jean

all in a row.....

The...
