Well, I have a blossoming career as an actor that's going quite well. Unfortunately, it's not even coming close to supporting me financially. I'm not union yet so theaters can afford to pay me a pittance.
So I'm trying to find a part time job to supplement my income. Unfortunately, so is every other person in San Francisco. If you know of/have any part time...

hello stranger
Okay, I'm going to give in and write about school, and accept that I have no other life or insight to share.
Yesterday for out warm up/conditioning class, instead of rolling out the wrestling mat and getting our ass kicked with cardio and stretches and push up, ect, we were all told to meet in the theater, where out teacher and all the 2nd year...

okay, see? that was totally interesting to me. remimnds me of when I used to do theatre. I was with a youth theatre group, and I moved my way up to being a staff member. I had to apprentice for two years, and my main focus was dance and choreography. plotting out fight scenes was awesome, and helping people become more comfortable with their bodies/how they moved was my favorite activity, bar none. and of course, I have a true love of dance. sometimes I regret switching my major, but I'm too domestic by nature to go gallavanting across the country as an actress, so I need to prep for a career that will let me be in one place. but it's fun to remember.

I realize that every time I try to write an entry, all I have to write about is school. And since none of you go to school with me, you would most certainly not be interested in my insights into the program and how it makes me both wonderful and crazy.
So, my life's been eaten by the grad school monster. How's yours?

have you looked into the thread about red hair in the hair group? there's some great tips in there for keeping your color, and it not being so high maintanence.

i just crocheted a kitty ear hat not too long ago. i think there's an underground club of us that love ears on hats.
i haven't seen any movies in the theater in a couple years. i'm not good at sitting still that long. heh.

I really liked Narnia, too, despite all the negative criticism.

I cannot express how happy I am to be here, back in the bay area.
I had a lovely day today. I'm even enjoying the rain. Although, I wish it weren't so cold because I'm going to see Chanticleer tonight in SF and the dress I wanted to wear isn't very warm...oh well. I'm very excited for my date tonight. Dinner at Clementine and...

I currently unable to relax. There is no such thing as a quiet moment inside my head. I am full of worries. When I wake up and roll over in the middle of the night, in that brief moment before I fall asleep again, my mind is trying to problem solve. Doing tai chi, my body is trying to do the form while my mind...

Ha, only on a weekend here and there. Life has gone back to normal. I even out alright, though, in the end.
echofonic:
thanks. this week is a bit better. i'm hoping that maybe we unwittingly cashed in all of our bad luck last week.
So remember when I said I was going to dye my hair candy apple red? Well, that didn't so much work out. Instead it came out bright neon orange. Luckily, orange is one of my very favorite colors, and it seems to suit me, so it was a happy accident.
