This is an Open Letter from Trent Reznor to the rest of the world about TicketMaster and the issues facing a possible upcoming NIN Summer Tour:
As we approach on-sale dates for the upcoming tour, I've noticed lots of you are curious / concerned / outraged at the plethora of tickets that somehow appear on all these reseller sites at inflated prices - even before... Read More
Once again it's time for my monthly update. Winter in the Catskills is coming to a close I've been living here for the last 9 months working for CMS. It's been very exciting learning how to ride and understanding how the industry works. By job has largely consisted of filming and producing competition videos from our weekly events and writing stories for various websites.... Read More
I did live in Texas for a year, in Houston. I have family out there, still. My favorite aunt lives in Austin, so I'd drive up lots of weekends and hang out with her family up in hill country or with my friends in town. Austin's a wonderful place-there's the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, delicious Tex-Mex food, and tons of great live music. Houston's ugly and industrial but there's a lot going on culturally; it's a huge melting pot.
I bet you could support yourself for at least a few months with a Meet a Black Guy store out there.
This is my first post of the year. Ta-da! Send me a message if you would like to talk. If you leave a comment that makes me laugh, I'll send you music.
I have a new show this week tomorrow (Thursday) from 11-2pm on Radio Johnson.
The station has this new feature where it reads what song you are playing and then pulls in pictures off of Flickr that match and displays them in a viewer on the home page. The idea is that you can upload photos to go along with your show. I haven't... Read More
Did anyone see the latest Simpson's episode Mypods & Broomsticks where the make fun of Apple? I thought it was great, laughed the entire time. They really exploited all the angles. My favorite was the undersea head quarters with Steve Mobs. The terrorist angle started of well with Bart, but the transition to Homer was a little weak. No matter, the Mypod story line was... I'm sick and have a cold, and it's absolutely the worst time. The season just started and just this morning I was taking runs down the mountain on fresh powder, day 3 this season and it's only been a week, not bad. It has only been my 7th time overall. I actually have a funny video of me snowboarding on my third day ever from... Read More
Here's some more soul to sooth your mind. I'll be posting more each week. Enjoy!

Ok, a nerdy post that began as a thought after realizing how many of my friends are gone.
50 Friends have been removed from my page. After doing some checking I've discovered that most of the people I associate with or did associate with are no longer active on this site. Going through my friends list I've decided to remove the accounts that have gone... Read More
I noticed the same changes with my SG as well. My Myspace is holding up pretty well though.
Facebook feels different to me, more like an active address book or an arms-length version of IM. I can see what's going on with my friends and they can with me without having to actually interact with each other. My friends are scattered to the four winds, so I find this convenient, but if you live around most of your friends I can imagine that being a mixed bag.
