Road tripping to New Orleans, La to work the Jazz Festival for two weeks, I'm driving all the way down from Telluride, CO. Right now I'm in Austin, TX after a blistering 18 hour drive through the desert. I'm heading further south Corpus Christi before I turn east to New Orleans.
Anyone have ideas about Austin, TX? I'm here until Monday.

I was out that way snowboarding in the mid 90's. I liked the town a lot. Seemed chill and didn't have that stuck up vibe you get out around Vail.
Maybe some day I'll get to move out West. I need to find a high paying shop job though first.

I just moved to Colorado from California.... Mammoth Lakes to be exact! Its another great ski town. I havent been to Telluride yet but am looking forward to hitting up the slopes when I am no longer in March sometime. From what ive heard there hasnt been much snow so far this season. mammoth got a womping 13ft+ in the last week! They have the most snow at a resort in the entire world! And I cant believe im here and not there. Anyways... I saw you lived in the CO and thought I would say hello!

I just found out I'm going to DJ for the Boardercross World Cup qualifiers being held in Telluride in two weeks! I'm going to DJ a set on the mountain and during the after party being held at the Telluride Bubble Lounge. I'm excited that I'm going to have an opportunity like this to DJ in front of such a large crowd.
