#1 About the site

1.1 What is SuicideGirls?

For a good rundown of what SuicideGirls is, you should check out our little site tour. To learn more about the history of SuicideGirls and the people that work here, take a look at our about page.

1.2 Can I take pictures for SuicideGirls?

Maybe! If you're interested in shooting sets for SuicideGirls, please be sure to read the Photographer FAQs. If you have any more questions, you should e-mail photographycoordinator@suicidegirls.com, along with links to your portfolio. You should hear back from her shortly with further information if she likes your work!

1.3 Hey! Why don't you start a suicideboys.com? That's a great idea!

Man, that IS a great idea! And someone already thought of it! Suicideboys is just one of the many member groups we have here at SG! Anyone with a membership can join up to post their own pictures, or just check out all the fine tail. There's no application or screening process, but neither do SBs get paid. It's just for fun. :)

#2 How do I

2.1 ¿QUIERES CAMBIAR A LA VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL?

No te preocupes.

2.2 How do I log in?

You log in by clicking the pink LOGIN button in the top left corner of any page. If you are having trouble finding the login button, you should update your browser.

2.3 How do I access the site on my mobile phone?

Just point your mobile browser to: http://suicidegirls.com. We now have ONE mobile friendly version of the site.

#3 About the girls

3.1 Can I model for SuicideGirls?

Maybe. Everything you ever wanted to know about being a model for SuicideGirls can be found in our Girls FAQ.

You can apply to model by filling out a model application. We get close to 3000 applications a week, so if it takes us a little while to get back to you, please be patient.

3.2 Who are the SuicideGirls?

The SuicideGirls are exceptionally interesting and stylish beautiful women from all over the world. They are the most crush worthy women we could find on the planet, the girls with style and grace and sexiness that we love.

3.3 If I message a SuicideGirl, will she write me back?

It depends on what you write. These are real girls and are not paid to respond to you or to lead you on. Most of the girls genuinely enjoy receiving messages and will reply to you if you say something interesting to them.

For example, a bad opening line: "You have a great ass, wanna screw?"

A better opening line: "I thought the photos of you were very beautiful. In your profile you said your favorite movie was Zero Effect, did you know that the guy who wrote it and directed it was only 21?"

3.4 How do you decide on themes of the photosets?

We don't. The girls pick out their own outfits, themes, do their own hair and make-up. Each set a girl submits to us is her impression of what she thinks is sexy or cute. Some of the girls even take their own pictures of themselves.

#4 Your Account: Payment and billing

4.1 What methods of payment can I use to pay for my SG account?

We accept SO many different forms of payment! The exact options available to you will vary depending what country you're located in AND whether you're a brand new SG member or if you're reactivating an existing SG account.

Generally, though, our billing processors allow us to accept Visa and Mastercard.

DEBIT CARDS: If your debit card has one of the above logos on it, you can usually use it just like you'd use a credit card, so you're good to go!

PRE-PAID CARDS: Pre-paid credit card policies vary, so you'll need to check with the folks that operate your specific pre-paid card. Most prepaid cards don't allow recurring billing (which is what we use), but you can call the number on the back of your card and ask! If they do, give it a try!

Note: Whichever payment method you are using, please make sure to enter in your billing address *exactly* as it appears on your credit card or bank statement. Inputing false information, including typos or an old mailing address, will cause your payment to fail, and your account will not be created. No one wants that, so be sure you have all of your billing information 100% correct, especially if you recently moved!

4.2 How will my payment appear on my bank account?

You will see a charge that says "SG Services 3236679000". If you see this on your statement and need assistance, please email Help@SuicideGirls.com or fill out a Help request.

4.3 How do I update my payment method?

We use a few different payment processors, so updating your payment information may be different depending which of these your SuicideGirls account is linked to.

You should start by checking your account page: Click the gear toward the top left of the suicidegirls.com homepage. Choose PREFERENCES, and then ACCOUNT. (If you're on a phone or tablet, look for ACCOUNT in the dropdown menu below the SG logo.)

Under ACCOUNT & PAYMENT INFO, you'll either see your next billing date or a link to view your billing details via one of our payment processors. Click through to update the method of payment you have on file, just like that!

Note: If you'd like your SG membership to be uninterrupted, make sure your payment method is correct and up to date before your next billing date. If your method of payment is declined or for some other reason does not work, your SG account will be closed until you update your account with a new method of payment. Don't worry, though, we'll still love you. <3

4.4 When will I be charged next? Can I change my payment plan?

Start by checking your account page: Click the gear toward the top left of the suicidegirls.com homepage.

Unfortunately our payment processors don't currently allow for changes between monthly and yearly billing plans, but we hope this option will be available in the future!

4.5 How do I cancel my account?

We hope you'll miss us so much that you'll come back, so because we trust you, here are the steps to cancel your account for the time being:

Click the gear toward the top left of the suicidegirls.com homepage. Choose PREFERENCES, and then ACCOUNT. (If you're on a phone or tablet, look for ACCOUNT in the dropdown menu below the SG logo.)

Scroll down and you will be able to view your account details and set your account to cancel. It will remain open until the end of your current billing cycle, since you've already paid for that time.

If you would prefer your account to be closed immediately, you can choose that option instead, but you will not get a refund or partial refund for this unused time, so most folks prefer to just enjoy their remaining time.

Please note: Cancellations must be made BEFORE the expiration date of your membership to avoid automatic renewal. There are NO refunds after your account has been billed. We do not offer "trial memberships" so if you change your mind, please cancel to avoid any further charges. Once you create your account and enter your payment information, you are consenting to the Terms of Service and understand that you WILL be billed accordingly until you cancel your account. Please contact us at help@suicidegirls.com for any billing assistance.

4.6 Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds or trial memberships to the site, we're sorry! Once you have confirmed that you would like to join and create your account, you WILL be billed when your account renews. To avoid being rebilled, please cancel your account. (See FAQ 4.5) If you forgot to cancel your account before the rebill date, please reach out to us directly via help request or email help@suicidegirls.com within 48 hours for assistance with a refund. Please provide the username or email address on the site, and let us know that you are requesting a cancelation with a refund. All help emails and requests are reviewed Monday through Friday, with the exceptions of holidays.

4.7 Can you delete my account?

We're sorry, but no. Accounts can be canceled (meaning they will no longer be billed), but they cannot be entirely deleted off of the site.

You can, however, delete all of your content, including your blogs, photos and albums, and profile information, essentially leaving an empty profile.

Please be sure to remove any and all content you do not want left up BEFORE you let your account expire. You may also wish to replace your profile photo, using a blank image or something else generic.

4.8 How do I reactivate an expired account?

Reactivating your SuicideGirls membership is super easy! From any page of the site, click the pink LOGIN button toward the top left of the screen. Enter the username and password for your account, then follow the prompts to confirm or update your billing information on the next screen! Welcome back!

4.9 Can I give the gift of SG?

Yes! Check out our shop HERE for both digitally delivered gift memberships (sent via email) and our coveted SuicideGirls Gift Kit, which is great for those who prefer to gift a physical item.

4.10 Is it true that if I get a tattoo of the SG logo I get a free lifetime membership?

Yes - but with a few stipulations! You must first have an existing member account on SuicideGirls, and your tattoo must be of the SucideGirls logo, must be big enough to be legible, and you cannot change the design of the logo in any way.

Please email us BEFORE you get your tattoo at help@suicidegirls.com - we'll send you all of the requirements and high res versions of the approved logo options, so you'll have everything you need to get free stuff by getting a corporate logo forever emblazoned upon your skin.

4.11 I'm having a problem, who can I contact?

Well, peruse the FAQ and if you don't find the answers you need, please submit a help request for your problem at the top of this very help page! Be sure to enter your current username or the email address connected with your account, and staff will reply as quickly as possible! :)

#5 Your Account: Passwords and Account Settings

5.1 I forgot my password/my password isn't working, what do i do??

First, make sure your cookies are enabled in your browser. Second, make sure the password you enter is the exact one you chose, passwords are case sensitive so if your password is: JakE and you enter: jake, it won't accept it.

If it's still not working, go to the help page and enter your email address into the password troubles box. Your password will be changed and the new one will be emailed to you to the email address on your SuicideGirls account.

5.2 How can I change my password?

Click the gear at the top left of the suicidegirls.com homepage. Choose PREFERENCES, and then ACCOUNT. (If you're on a phone or tablet, look for ACCOUNT in the dropdown menu below the SG logo.) From there you can change your password!

5.3 My password was emailed to me - was my account hacked!?

No, your account was not hacked! You can request for your password to be changed on our help page by entering your username or the email address on your account into the password troubles box. This is the *only* way a new password will be sent out, and it will only be sent to the email address on your account. You will need to use this new password specified in the email to log into the site.

5.4 What kind of behavior can get my account suspended?

Having a public profile that allows you to comment on blogs, sets and groups is a right that is very easily lost. The general rule is do not scare or make uncomfortable any other members or SuicideGirls, and do not make the jobs of the people who work on this site harder than necessary.

- Do not make racist, sexist, or hateful remarks.
- Do not post inappropriate or pornographic images or videos on your profile or in the groups (unless specifically permitted within that group).
- Do not use a fraudulent credit card when joining the site, attempt to hack the site, or run scripts on the site.
- Do not proposition other members for sexual or financial favors, or attempt to run any scams.
Do not use the SG site to solicit private, paid calls or streams off the site with SG members (i.e. Skype).
- Do not start a competitor site.
- Do not incite unrest within the community.
- Do not otherwise violate our Terms of Service or do anything that could get you or SG in legal trouble. A violation of these terms will get your account suspended, without refund.
All reported complaints must be resolved within 7 days

5.5 Can I share my account with someone?

Sorry, accounts may not be used by more than one person. (This includes sharing your password with friends, significant others, or anyone else.) Users sharing their account risk their accounts being closed without refund, so please just don’t do it!

5.6 I'm still having problems, who can I contact?

Submit a help request and we'll get back to you with a solution! Please make sure to include all the information about your problem so we can get back to you faster, and remember if you are having technical issues to include what browser you are running, and whether you are on a PC or a Mac. The help desk operates from 10am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, so if you submit a request on Saturday at midnight, you should expect to hear back on Monday.

#6 Your Account: Profile and Blog

6.1 How do I change my email address?

From your SG home page, click on the ACCOUNT tab. (If you're using the site from a phone or tablet, look for ACCOUNT in the dropdown menu below the SG logo.) You can change your email from here, as well as update your password and view your payment info.

6.2 How do I change my username?

You can't. We're sorry! Username changes cause technical difficulties with our payment processor.

6.3 I can't set my date of birth. I'm getting an error.

You must be over 18 to have an account with SuicideGirls. If, for a joke, you're trying to make yourself 3 years old, well, that's the problem right there! ;)

6.4 How do I change my profile picture?

Click your username or your current profile pic in the top left corner of the site to go to your profile. Click the yellow CHANGE PHOTO button, just below your current profile picture. (If using the site from a mobile phone or tablet, it will be a yellow camera icon without any text.)

Either drag and drop your photo to the middle of the gray area, or use the green CHOOSE FILE button to select your photo. Uploading may take a few moments, and then you'll be given the option to crop and save your new profile picture!

It can take some time to change on the site, so don't freak out if it doesn't change right away. If it still doesn't appear after an hour or so, try clearing your browser's cookies and cache. (Not sure how to clear your browser's cookies and cache? Google has more info!)

Two important notes:
1. Your profile pic is public, so while we love seeing your smiling face, you are welcome to instead use a photo of your dog or a nice flower if you're on the shy side.
2. Make sure your new profile photo does not violate SG's Terms of Service! Your profile photo can be anything you want as long as it is your own image and does not include copyrighted material, anything explicit, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise in violation of our TOS. In short, if it could get you or SG in legal trouble, it shouldn't be on the site, especially in your profile photo.

6.5 What size profile picture should I upload?

Profile pictures are 1214 x 882 pixels, but if you upload something larger, you'll be able to crop it! SG is optimized for retina displays, so the bigger the better!

6.6 How do I update my blog?

From any page on the site, click the pencil icon in the top right corner of your screen. (If using the site on your phone or tablet, first tap the + icon in the top right corner of your screen, then choose the pencil icon.) You can make a short and sweet one-line text post by typing only in the text box that reads "What's on your mind?" or you can click FULL BLOG to write a more detailed blog with photos and other types of content!

When you're ready to save your blog, click the green POST BLOG button and it'll be published on your page!

You can format the body of your blog, add images, embed video, and more, all using the light gray buttons below the text box. See the rest of section 6 and 7 of this FAQ for all of the details about these options! You can also change the privacy settings for your blog post - section 6.7 of the FAQ has all of the details about that!

6.7 How can I change the privacy on my blog? Can I make it visible to SG members only?

After you've typed up your blog in all it's glory, use the gray pulldown menu toward the bottom left of the window to choose the privacy setting for this blog entry, before you save your post.

PUBLIC blogs are viewable to anyone, whether they are a member of SuicideGirls, a follower, or a random person cruising around the site.
MEMBERS ONLY blogs are viewable only by SuicideGirls members who are logged in to their SG account.
FOLLOWERS ONLY blogs are only viewable by SuicideGirls members that follow you. (You can allow anyone to follow you on the site, or you can change your preferences to require approval of any new followers.)

To edit privacy settings on existing posts: Click the gear icon for that blog, then choose EDIT. Scroll to the bottom and use the pulldown to change the privacy settings. Make sure you click the green EDIT POST button to save your changes.

There is no option to change all of your blog posts at once, and there is no option to make a blog post visible only to you. Maybe try Livejournal if you're looking for that? (Is that still a thing? Are we showing our age??)

6.8 How do I edit or delete a blog?

From the blog you wish to edit or delete, click the gear icon just below the title of the blog, then choose either EDIT or DELETE. If you're editing your blog, make your changes, and then be sure to click the green EDIT POST button when you're done!

Once you delete a blog it's gone forever, so make sure you mean it!

6.9 How do I add a link in my blog entry? What else can I include in my blog?

You can add a link two ways:
1. Copy and paste or type it out in full like so: http://suicidegirls.com/ (Just make sure you include complete address, including the http:// part!)
2. Click the LINK button below the text area. Copy and paste your link and the text you'd like to be the link, and then click INSERT LINK. That's it!

You can also customize your blog with bold and italic lettering, add a spoiler or a quote, embed videos (from Youtube, for example), attach photos, and fiddle around with other simple HTML basics, all using the the corresponding options below the text box. See section 7 of this FAQ for all of the details about attaching images and videos!

6.10 How do I mention someone in my blog?

Just type @username and the person you mention will receive a notification and a link will be generated to their profile. It's as easy as that!

#7 Your Account: Pics and Videos

7.1 WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR REPORTING/APPEALING CONTENT REMOVAL?

Remember, some of your posts may be public, and all are viewable to other members on the site. Staff may remove content, issue warnings, or close accounts at our discretion if we feel the content is in violation of our terms. For first time offenders, a warning may be issued should we find the post violates our terms of service. Any further violations may result in your account being closed indefinitely.

If you would like to report content that you feel violates the TOS please contact: help@suicidegirls.com and use the subject "Violation" (be sure to include a link to the offensive content or any supporting screen shots).

Concurrently, if your content was removed and you feel the decision was made in error you can email: help@suicidegirls.com with the subject “Appeal” and the content attached to the email, as well as a link to where it was originally uploaded.

7.2 How do I upload a photo?

If using the site on your computer:
Click the camera symbol in the top right corner of any page. Either drag and drop your photo (or photos) to the middle of the gray area, or use the green CHOOSE FILE button to select your photo. After your photo has uploaded, click the green POST PHOTO button at the bottom, and you're done!

If using the site on your phone or tablet:
Tap the + symbol in the top right corner of any page, then tap the camera symbol. Use the green CHOOSE FILE button to select your photo. After your photo has uploaded, click the green POST PHOTO button at the bottom, and you're done!

Uploading one image will create a single photo post, and uploading multiple images at once will create an album. You can edit, delete, or add more photos to either of these at any time.

7.3 I'm having trouble uploading pictures. Help!

You should see a green confirmation message at the top of your screen after you successfully post a photo/album. If you see a red error message instead, try clicking the refresh or reload button on your browser. If that doesn't help, clear your browser's cookies and cache, then try again.

(Not sure how to clear your browser's cookies and cache? Google has more info!)

7.4 What kind of photos and videos are not allowed to be uploaded on my account?

SuicideGirls is a community based website, and we do want you to be able to express yourself through your pictures and your blogs. However, our community guidelines prohibit content that is hateful, pornographic, or anything that would get you or SG in trouble with the law.

What does this mean regarding nudity? Members may not post photos or videos of exposed genitals in any context, except in groups where this type of content is specifically allowed. Hopefuls and SuicideGirls may not post photos or videos featuring penetration of any kind, masturbation, or fluids, except in groups where this type of content is specifically allowed.

Remember, some of your posts may be public, and all are viewable to other members on the site. Staff may remove content, issue warnings, or close accounts at our discretion if we feel content is in violation of the above guidelines. All reported complaints must be resolved within 7 days

Please note: posting nude photos of models not registered on SuicideGirls.com is a violation of our Terms of Service. Any models featured in personal posts on your profile, on SG livestream or in any submitted photoset must first apply and be verified by SG staff. Staff will remove any photo or video content that violates the Terms of Service.

7.5 Can I link my Instagram to my SG profile? What about Twitter? AllMyLinks? OnlyFans? MFC?

Sadly, you can no longer link your Instagram account to your SG profile, due to changes to Instagram's API. You CAN, however, connect your Twitter, AllMyLinks, and OnlyFans accounts! (And if you're a SuicideGirl or a hopeful, you can also connect your MFC account!)

Here’s how to connect your accounts:

From your SG profile, choose the EDIT MY PROFILE button below your username. (If you're on a phone or tablet, it'll be the green pencil icon located just below your profile picture.)

Enter your username in the box for any accounts you'd like to link to your SG account. Scroll down and click the green SAVE MY PROFILE button, and you're done!

Now your profile will display a cute little icon that links everyone to your other sites! Yay!

7.6 How do I post an image in my blog or in a group?

After clicking in the text area, click the ATTACH button below the text area. Either drag and drop your photo (or photos) to the middle of the gray area, or use the green CHOOSE FILE button to select your photo. (Note: You will only have the option to drag and drop if you're using the site from a computer.)

You can also upload images from the web using the URL, or upload them from Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, and Dropbox. If using the site from a computer, you'll see all of these options to the left of the upload box. If using the site from a phone or tablet, click the three lines to open this menu and then you'll see all of your options. Select the option you want, connect your account, and then choose the image(s) you wish to upload!

After your image has uploaded and you're ready to complete your blog or group post, scroll down and click the green POST or SUBMIT button!

7.7 How do I edit my album or delete pictures?

From the album you'd like to edit, click on the Gear Icon just above the image(s), then choose Edit. From here, you can change the title, description, and privacy of the album, as well as rearrange, add, or delete images!

To change the title, description, or privacy settings:
Make your text changes or use the dropdown menu at the bottom left to select your album's privacy (Public, Members Only, Followers Only). When you're done, click the green SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom.

To rearrange images:
Drag and drop images in the order you'd like. The first 6 images in your album, will appear as the preview. When you're done, click the green SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom.

To Add More Photos:
Click the large green + ADD MORE button that's just below the album thumbnails. Select the new images you wish to add, and wait for them to upload. When you're done, click the green SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom.

To delete images:
Click on the little trash can icon in the bottom right corner of the images you want to delete. When you're done, click the green SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom.

To delete the entire album:
Scroll to the bottom of the edit screen and you will see a gray check mark with a caption to confirm you want to delete the album. Clicking it will turn it green, then click DELETE ALBUM.

7.8 Can I link the pictures I uploaded somewhere outside of SuicideGirls?

Yes, but only if your privacy settings for the album are set to PUBLIC. Members Only and Followers Only posts are only viewable to logged in SuicideGirls members, so there is no point linking them outside SG. People who are not logged in to SuicideGirls will see an ad instead.

7.9 How can I upload a video? What can my video be like?

Your video can be anything you want as long as it is your own video and does not include copyrighted material and does not contain anything explicit, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise in violation of our TOS.

If using the site on your computer:
Click the play symbol (▶️) in the top right corner of any page. Either drag and drop your video to the middle of the gray area, or use the green CHOOSE FILE button to select your video. After your video has uploaded, click the green POST VIDEO button at the bottom.

If using the site on your phone or tablet:
Tap the + symbol in the top right corner of any page, then tap the play symbol (▶️). Use the green CHOOSE FILE button to select your video. After your video has uploaded, click the green POST VIDEO button at the bottom.

Videos need a few minutes to process and may be reviewed by SG staff, so don't worry if you don't see your video right away. We'll send you a notification once it's ready to view!

7.10 What kinds of video files can I upload? How big can it be?

Your video must be one of the following filetypes: Quicktime, Windows, FLA, AVI, MPEG, or Real.

It must be under 100mb, or shorter than 10 minutes long.

7.11 My video isn't uploading! What the crap?

You should see a green confirmation message at the top of your screen after you successfully post a video. (Remember, your videos need a few minutes to process and may be reviewed by SG staff, so don't worry if you don't see your video right away. We'll send you a notification once it's ready to view!)

If you see a red error message instead, make sure your video is one of the accepted file types and that it is under 100mb. If you're sure your video meets these criteria, try clicking the refresh or reload button on your browser. If that doesn't help, clear your browser's cookies and cache, then try again. (Not sure how to clear your browser's cookies and cache? Google has more info!)

Still can't get it to work? Try uploading your video to Youtube, if possible. If it works there, it should work here. If it doesn't, you're using some weird format even the world's largest video uploading site can't read, and should probably look into using a different type of video.

7.12 How do I embed a video in my blog or in a group?

After clicking in the text area, click the VIDEO button below the text area, then copy and paste the video's embed code or URL.

7.13 I logged in but I am still seeing the SG logo in place of images, why?

Clear your browsers cookies and cache and you will see the correct image! If this happens often, you can adjust your cache settings so it checks for the correct image every time.

(Not sure how to clear your browser's cookies and cache? Google has more info!)

7.14 What are tags?

Tags are a good way to find photosets that have similar elements, such as themes, hair color or tattoos. Tags are not the place to leave comments.

7.15 What are examples of good and bad tags?

GOOD TAGS:
"Red hair", "full sleeve", "pierced nipples", "white background", and "underwater" are all good tags. They're specific enough to be helpful, and common enough to be found in other photosets. A general rule is that if it describes something that's in the set or something very distinctive, it's probably okay to tag it. Yes, good tags are boring. If you want to be funny, go to the Silliness board, or leave your "tag" as a comment on the girl's set instead.

BAD TAGS:
- Rude or offensive words or phrases! A great rule to follow is not to leave it in a tag if you wouldn't say it to a woman's face. These kinds of tags will NOT be tolerated in our community, and can get your account suspended without refund. In addition, all tags are marked with the username of the person that left them, so everyone will know who is leaving the offensive tag. So don't think we won't find out!
- Generic tags that apply to way too many sets! Tags like "naked", "eyes", and "ass" are applicable to every single photoset on the site and don't help. Don't just tag "feet" - say something about the feet in question, if they're so remarkable that they're noteworthy. Likewise, you don't need to point out that a girl is "beautiful" or "hot." All of our girls are hot, silly!
- Full sentences or punctuation!
- Inside jokes, things that only make sense to you, etc!

Again, yes, good tags are a bit boring, but they're supposed to be helpful and functional. Comments are a *much* better place for compliments, jokes, questions, and other cleverness.

#8 Your Account: Followers

8.1 I WANT TO AVOID SEEING SOMEONE'S CONTENT. IS THERE A WAY TO HIDE SOMEONE ELSE ON THE SITE?

YES. If you'd rather not see someone's posts around the site, you can use the hide feature.

Hiding a member or model will conceal…

*Any of their front page content (SOTD, blogs/photos/videos in the feature feed, MR albums)
*Any of their content on the main Photos page
*Any of their content in your home feed
*Any of their content in the main feed in the app

To enable this feature: Simply visit the member or model’s profile, click VITAL STATS, then click the red slashed out eye symbol next to the block symbol.

A few things to note: Hiding is different than blocking - if you do not want a member or model to be able to message you, follow you, or interact with your content you will need to block them. The hide and block features can be used independently or together. Also, nothing is hidden if you go directly to a hidden member/model’s profile. If you visit their profile directly you will still see their content.

8.2 How do I see who I am following?

To view all blogs, photo posts, or other content by the SG models and members you follow, click on the HOME button at the top right of any page on the site. This is your following feed! Yay! To see a list of the SG models and members you are following, click your username or profile photo to view your profile, then click the number next to "following". There you go!

8.3 How do I follow someone?

From the model or member's profile that you wish to follow, click the +FOLLOW button under their member name. (If viewing the site from a phone or tablet, tap the green + button just below their profile photo.)

8.4 How can I stop people from following me? How do I block someone?

If you'd like to have approval over which members follow you, click the gear icon in the upper left of any page on the site. Choose PREFERENCES, then scroll down to adjust all of your, well, preferences! Under YOUR SITE SETTINGS, ACCOUNT PRIVACY is set to "anyone can follow you" by default. Move the pink arrow to "you approve all followers" and you'll receive a notification whenever someone requests to follow you. Any changes made on your preferences page will save automatically.

If you want to block someone on the site, visit their profile and click on VITAL STATS. (From a phone or tablet, tap the pink "stats" icon that looks like a little bar graph, just below their profile photo.) From this page, click on the RED circle with the line through it to block this user. They will not be notified and will no longer be following you. (You can also use this option if they started following you before you changed to approving your followers.)

Note: Blocking a member will not prevent you from seeing their posts around the site. If you prefer not to see another member's content you will also want to hide them, which can be done by clicking the red eye symbol next to the block symbol.

8.5 Why can't I follow certain people?

You can request to follow anyone. Some people may have their settings so that they have to approve their followers. Some members are more selective about who can follow them, and read their blogs. You can still view all the same photosets even if you're not allowed to follow someone. Don't take it personally :)

8.6 How do I stop following someone?

Oh, it's like that, is it? Okay then. Go to their profile and click on the +FOLLOWING button under their username, or if viewing the site from a phone or tablet, tap the pink checkmark button just below their profile photo. It will turn into +FOLLOW (or +) and voilá! You no longer care about that person!

#9 Groups

9.1 Who are the Group Moderators?

Group moderators are in charge of keeping the groups a safe and happy place on SG. They're who you contact if you are trying to join a private group, or if you need help with something in that group.

9.2 Can I be a moderator too?

Group moderators are either voted on by the group members themselves or an Invite Only position. Invitations are extended to those who are established pillars of sanity and calm within the community.

9.3 Why was my thread closed or deleted?!

There are a few reasons why your thread may be closed or deleted. SG staff or the group moderators may have deemed it irrelevant or spam; it may be a repeat thread in that group; or it may have violated SG's terms of service or could otherwise be causing problems or group drama.

To prevent repeating threads and make sure you're posting in the right place, use the search function (the little magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner!) to search within that specific group and see if your thread already exists!

To prevent your thread from being deleted for spam or other rule violations, make sure you read any starred threads featuring any rules or guidelines for that group - You'll see them at the top of the list of threads, with a star next to them! These rules are to help maintain the peace and overall awesomeness of the site and community, so just don't be a jerk, okay?

9.4 I joined a group but I can't post to it!

You probably joined a private group. This means that your membership to the group must be approved by the group administrator before you can view threads or post in it. Just give it a few days, and when you're approved a notification or email will show up to let you know!

9.5 I want my own group. How can I get it?

You can apply to start your own group using the ADD A GROUP form on the groups page. We'll cast an eye over it, and if we think the group is worthwhile, we'll approve it!

We approve VERY few new groups, since SuicideGirls has been around for almost twenty years. We have loads of groups on the site already, covering countless subjects and topics, so we recommend you use the search function on the groups page first!

If your group request is not approved, it could be that there is already a group that covers the topic you proposed, or that it wasn't considered suitable for the site. For more information about why your group might not have been approved, you can check out this thread.

(99% of the time, your idea for a group is already a thread in a larger group, so really, please use the search function!)

9.6 How do I leave a group?

Directly under the group name, on the left hand side is a link that says LEAVE GROUP. If you click it, you may just get out alive.

9.7 Our group owner is AWOL! How can we get a new one?

If your group needs a new owner, what you should do is vote on who you want (or have the old owner appoint someone) and then have the old owner send a help request with the name of the group and the name of the new owner. We will change the group ownership for you.

If the old owner is unavailable, just have a vote for the new owner in your group (so that we can know it's not a hostile takeover) and have the new owner submit the help request instead.

#10 Technical

10.1 The site looks all fucked up to me, what can I do?

Make sure you're running the most modern, up-to-date version of your internet browser, and any problems should go away. When in doubt, clear your browser's cookies and cache, upgrade to the latest version of your browser, and try again. (Not sure how to clear your browser's cookies and cache? Google has more info!)

SuicideGirls.com is best viewed using Google Chrome, whether using a computer or a mobile device. Many other browsers may work as well, but for the love of all that is holy, do yourself a favor and do not use Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge.

10.2 I have a bug to report, what should I do?

You can send it to bugs@suicidegirls.com, or you can post in the bugs thread in the Everything SG Group.

Bug reports are most welcome but please remember to let us know what internet browser you're using and either what computer you're using (PC or MAC) or what phone you're using. Screencaps are also very helpful!

10.3 Do you offer any RSS feeds?

Nope. Sorry.

#11 Shop

11.1 What is your return policy for shop orders?

You can return any eligible items within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the product price only. (Shipping will not be refunded.)

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as when purchased. Intimate items (such as panties, bodysuits, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned. Prints are also final sale and cannot be returned.

We do not accept exchanges, but you can return an item and re-purchase the correct size whenever you're ready!

Please email shop@suicidegirls.com with any questions.

11.2 Can I pay for a shop order with PayPal?

Unfortunately, no. Maybe someday, but for now, PayPal doesn't allow it.

11.3 How do I track my order?

When your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email that will have your SG Shop confirmation number! Email SHOP with that number and they'll help you out. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority, and for domestic US orders containing only books, USPS Media Mail.

11.4 I need help with my shop order! Who do I contact?

The easiest way for our shop elves to help you with your order is for you to reply to the email you received when you placed your order. (This has all of your order information super handy for us!)

Alternately, you can send an email to shop@suicidegirls.com and include as much information as possible, along with your question!

11.5 Why does it cost so much to ship my shop order internationally?

All international shop orders are shipped via USPS Priority International, to help prevent the possibility of any lost or stolen orders. The rates to ship items internationally is quite high, but we do this to protect you and your order. We hope you understand! Please note: All Duties & Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. SuicideGirls does not pay the customs fees on international packages.

#12 SuicideGirls Blackheart Burlesque

12.1 What is the SuicideGirls: Blackheart Burlesque?

The Blackheart Burlesque is our incredible live SuicideGirls show!

It's unlike any other burlesque act you’ve seen, filled with sultry and hilarious pop culture references, a high-energy rock and indie music soundtrack, and the sexiest choreographed strip-tease to make your inner-nerd explode with glee. Ooh la la!

It's truly a show you don't want to miss, so be sure to check out blackheartburlesque.com to see when the girls will be performing in your city!

12.2 Which SuicideGirls will be performing at the Blackheart Burlesque show?

The dancers performing at each show are subject to change leading up to the show, so unfortunately we are not able to promise a certain SuicideGirl will be there! We'd hate for our fans to be disappointed if their favorite dancer was sick, or was unable to make it to a show due to a previous obligation.

12.3 Where can I buy tickets to see the Blackheart Burlesque?

All tickets are available at BlackheartBurlesque.com!

SuicideGirls does not sell tickets directly through our site - Tickers are instead sold through the ticketing website used by the venue we are performing in. This means we are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges, sorry!

12.4 How can I book the Blackheart Burlesque?

If you are a promoter or own a venue, and are looking to book the Blackheart Burlesque to perform a show, please email tourbooking@suicidegirls.com. Please include links to the venue, potential show dates, and all technical specs. If everything fits what we're looking for, we'll get back to you!

#13 Tipping

13.1 What is tipping?

Tipping allows you to show models appreciation beyond the “I Loved It!” button. Members can do this by purchasing credits and transferring them to a model or photoset of their choice. Tips do not change the rules for what models and members can do on the site – be respectful and follow our terms.

13.2 How do I add money to my account?

Add money to your account by going to your Notifications page. On the left side you’ll see a pink ADD MONEY button. Click that and follow the steps.

You can also add money by clicking on the green TIP buttons found on the photosets and model’s pages. Click the button and select the “ADD MORE” button.

13.3 Where can I leave a tip?

Directly on a photoset: This can happen from the page view or album view. The model will be notified that the tip was left for the particular set.

On a model’s profile: Tips left from the profile page are not associated to any set – this is just a general way to show appreciation to the model.

Look for the green Tip button and try it out!

13.4 What if I tip a multi-set?

Tips are split evenly amongst all models. All models will be notified when you leave a tip on a multi-set.

13.5 Can I tip Members? Hopefuls?

At this time tipping is only available to Hopefuls and SuicideGirls. Members and archived models cannot receive tips.

13.6 Does tipping affect a model’s chances of SOTD?

No. A tip is simply a token of gratitude or appreciation for a model or set.

13.7 I have a balance in my account, but can’t cash out.

Any money you add to your account must be spent on SuicideGirls.com.

13.8 Can I get a refund for a tip I left?

No. Tips are gifts and cannot be refunded.

By agreeing to send a tip, you are voluntarily agreeing to give the model a gift. SuicideGirls.com does not accept responsibility of this gift and is not legally liable for any refunds.

13.9 Can I get a refund for money I added to my account?

No. Any money you add to your account must be spent on SuicideGirls.com.

#14 Affiliates

14.1 How does the affiliate program work?

Grab your unique affiliate code by going to your Notifications page. Share it with your friends and followers to receive $10 for anyone who signs up for a membership!

14.2 How do I get paid?

Choose between paper check or ACH/Transferwise. To select your payment method, head to your Account page and edit your Contact Info on the left side.

14.3 How do I cash out?

Head to your Notifications page and click the pink “CASH OUT” button on the left side. A W9 (for US-Residents) and a minimum of $200 is required.

14.4 What is the minimum cash out?

You must have $200.00 in your SG bank from affiliate earnings in order to cash out.

14.5 How long does it take to get my money?

Requests are approved within 1 week, however it can take up to 2 weeks to receive payment.

14.6 Why do I have a balance on my account after cashing out?

Cashing out is for affiliate earnings only. Any remaining balance is money you’ve added to your account to tip models and must be spent on SG.

14.7 Can I tip with my affiliate earnings?

Yes, absolutely!

#15 Live Streaming

15.1 Who can live stream? Whose streams can I view?

Currently, only active SGs and Hopefuls have the ability to live stream. All members and models can view live streams. To view live streams you must be logged in to your SG profile. If you have been blocked by someone you will not be able to view their streams.

15.2 What kinds of things can I expect to see on live streams? How should I conduct myself in the chat?

You will see all kinds of fun things on live streams! A streamer might be hosting a Q&A, dancing around in their underwear, telling jokes, putting on makeup, cooking dinner, or simply just talking about their day. Models should only stream with other Hopefuls or SGs. Models are not obligated to stream or do anything during a stream that they are not comfortable with. Models are advised not to ask for money.

Please use common sense and be respectful in the chat section. Do not threaten others or be hateful, racist, sexist, or otherwise obscene. In general, do not violate the SG Terms of Service. Any infraction of our TOS may result in account suspension.

15.3 Can I tip during live streams?

Yes! Just click the little gift box icon in the upper right corner of a stream to send the model a tip.

15.4 Will someone know if I am viewing their stream?

Yes.

15.5 How can I report a streamer or someone in a stream's chat?

If a streamer or someone in chat is being rude or annoying, but not actually violating the SG Terms of Service, please use the block feature. To block someone, simply visit their profile and click on "Vital Stats". On this page you will see a red circle with a slash through it. Click this icon and the member will be blocked from following you, messaging you, or commenting on your content.

If you witness any questionable behavior during a stream or in the chat section, or anything that violates our Terms of Service, please take screen shots and send them to help@suicidegirls.com. Certain violations of the streaming guidelines or our TOS may result in a temporary or permanent ban from streaming, or account suspension.
