Oh I know the tobacco bowl. I used to stop there in the ped mall when I still smoked. I went to school there briefly before deciding I didn't have enough interest in the major to keep wasting time there. And yes, the winters are rough. A couple years ago a tornado even went through the middle of downtown. It sucked up random buildings and left others unscathed. The weirdest was a Happy Joes pizza tucked in the middle of several tall buildings. Pizza place gone, others untouched. It was like god was punishing shitty italian joints.
