Awesome! You need a birth certificate? Are you sure? I didn't need mine. At first they didn't think mine was real since I had an MD ID going into San Diego but I had to explain I was back in the west coast visiting my old stomping grounds and got through no problem. Guess they're tightening up as the date gets closer. I knew they were changing it over this year but I just didn't know what month. Which means now I'll need to get mine renewed if I end up going again this summer for C-Fest if it's still being held this year.

Life has been pretty crazy on this side of the world. I've been working a whole lot. I've been putting in some long days. I found out this morning that I'm having my wages/hours cut due to the poor economy. I was bummed out about it, but at least I still have a job. I know a bunch of people who've lost their jobs.

I am continuously flabbergasted at some of the "word gold" that comes out of your mouth my dear, like you're reading my mind or something. The similarities from what I've read and your responses are uncanny to my own view of people and the world we find ourselves in. I have spent the last ten years writing an epic saga on the human condition and very notion of sentient existence. It's about the formation of a place where one is allowed to just be, and exist as we were meant to, not as animals or anything (unless you want to, then go for it), but without the bureaucratic bullshit of this broken ass system we are all trapped by.
