You seem stuck between self-involved and narcissistic. Maybe it is your flaws that prevent you from becoming truly narcissistic (which isn't necessarily a bad thing.)
These are two glaring flaws I see: you like Guy Ritchie movies and he is a terrible director (Far and Away anyone?). You aren't poltical (The definition of the Greek word "idiot" is someone without an interest in politics.)

I have been to Edmonton and it is a pretty cool town but I think you have a ways to go before you'll be its favourite daughter. But good luck with that (and with overcoming cancer, of course.
