Iโm unsure to make this topic or not since Idk if walking applies as fitness or not. But it is a workout, especially if you go big like me. It is the most relaxing workout out there and I think it is great for newcomers & also you donโt have โฆ
I miss living in a walkable area. Walking can be such an easy way to stay active just by running errands and going to shops on foot. Iโm currently living in the South where no one wants to pay taxes so our sidewalks are few and far between and there arenโt a lot of street lights to facilitate even just a casual night stroll around the neighborhood when itโs too hot to be outside during the day.
