My father has been struggling with chronic pain for years after a horrible auto collision, and, after being told that they would have to keep uping his pain dosage, sought alternative pain management (marijuanna). Unfortunately, he works multiple jobs and he wasn't confident in his abilities while under the influence. …
I suffer from acute neuropathy, legs and one foot. Does anyone here have any experience, results, advice (good or bad) with using CBD? I have a reputable source, but it is sorta expensive. Any comments and/or advice will be sincerely appreciated. Thanks 33
I enjoyed a bit of marijuana back in the day. I preferred it to getting drunk but toking on grass made me gag so, when I stopped smoking tobacco I gave up Mary Jane as well. A friend smokes to soothe his Psoriasis. It seems to serve him very well. My nephew takes CBD Oil to alleviate his Depression. He used to walk around looking like The Scream by Edvard Munch. Now, CBD Oil makes his life endurable. Because of how well it works for him, his mom started taking CBD Oil to relieve the symptoms that came with her Carpal Tunnel. She is born again, preaching this panacea to everyone who will listen, so I guess it works for her too. The short answer is, while CBD Oil may not work for everyone (there are a few unhappy souls) it does a power of good for the majority. And unless you are allergic (ie - you freak out as it takes effect, there are also a few souls who suffer like this), there are no scary side effects to be concerned about as there are with all Pharmaceutical industry prescription medications.
A word to the wise. Cannabis used to be a huge crop across the world. Every part of the plant was useful for something. Sails and cables for ships, clothing, pain relief and so on. The psychoactive aspect was only a tiny fraction of that. It was only when the emerging Pharmaceutical and Petrochemical industries were struggling to find a market share and started demonizing recreational drug use of Cannabis that it was eventually outlawed. It was only a short step from that to marginalising traditional herbal medicine as well, leaving the field clear for the real criminals to make their millions.
So don't imagine you are breaking any laws by resorting to "alternative" medicine. Look at it as redressing that inequity and healing yourself in a safe way. Good luck.

Monday I did max reps in 10 minutes, clean and jerk, with a 53 pound kettlebell. I managed to crank out 120 reps. Tonight I went for 100 KB snatches in 5 minutes with a 53 pound kettlebell. I managed to get to 100 in 4:47. I'm really liking training …
I’ve started using in my workouts recently to switch things up a bit, starting with Alternating Halo’s for improving shoulder mobility after injuries & adding other moves as I go. It’s something fun & different & I can go off in a corner of the gym & mind my own business!
