Go Topless
I just came across this great site.
I think everyone should check it out and support them.
"as long as men can be topless, constitutionally women should have the same right, or men should also be forced to wear something hiding their chest."
On Aug 23rd, 2008, topless women will rally in great numbers across the USA to protest this gross inequality in the law and will demand that they be granted the fundamental right to be topless where men already enjoy that right according to the 14th amendment of the Constitution (please see our exact legal argument on the right to be topfree for women under "14th amendment" in the column on the right.)

tubaart:
So what ARE Missouri laws on this? Does KC have it's own local codes? Hmmm... time to do a little digging.
tubaart:
The looking I did, Missouri only, makes me think there's no state law against it. Missouri was actually one of the earlier states to pass a law explicitly allowing breatfeeding in any pubic or private place (so that it can't be made "indecent exposure" by any local ordinance). I think the only concern in MO would be local ordinances (e.g., Kansas City). I couldn't find anything making it illegal in Columbia, but I admit I didn't do an exhaustive search.
