I have been working on a little side project the last week and wanted to share it. The first picture is of the demo nearly complete, still had the window sills to remove. Everything I removed was very rotten and water damaged. This house is 100+ years old so I had to fabricate all the trim pieces because they were thicker than standard boards.
Here are some of the after pictures.
A little caulking and another coat of paint and it will be done. The home owner is super happy. Looks like new again.

Cant believe I have over 100 friends already! The woman on this site are amazing. I have only had a chance to really talk to a few of you but the ones I have are awesome. Keep up the great job putting up killer photo sets. I plan on being a member for a long time.
