Well, it's been fun...but I really don't even use this website anymore. I don't talk to anyone or meet anyone, and I never officially went through becoming a SG. OH it's been forever since I've posted anything. Why does facebook consume my life? So I recently went to see Bettina and The Pretty Things Peepshow at Mojo 13 in Delaware. It was wonderful, she's just so cute! I haven't been going out much lately as I've been saving a lot of money for my trip to Vegas! I'm heading to Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend. I can't wait! I don't know what I'm going to do when I get there.

I have to say, I'm seriously missing the Blue Comet, I keep hearing it's supposed to re-open soon, but it seems like just rumors. I'm dying to swing dance again. I haven't even had much of a chance to dress up. So many pairs of shoes but nowhere to wear them.

So within the next month or so I'm planning on opening my own store in my hometown. I'm going to be selling punk and rockabilly as well as some "normal" casual clothing, shoes and accessories. I'm looking for artists, crafters and consigners for a few things so let me know if you're interested and close to the Philly area.

Right now I'm working on my flash for the tattoo shop. I'm trying to do five sheets a week. One down, one started and 3 others I haven't even planned designs for yet. So much work to do.

So I moved, again! I also quit that "new job" I got in February for a few reasons. I still need a second job, though I am now working as a shop girl at Jay Goldberg's tattoo shop in Media, Baker Street Tattoo! I'm having no luck saving money, this recession shit is getting ridiculous. I was planning on going to Viva Las Vegas this year, but didn't have enough money. Hopefully I'll make it next year. I haven't even had time to work on my car, the 53 Hudson Super Jet. The engine is still stuck and I need to paint it ASAP.

I've been sewing some more lately, so hopefully I'll actually be motivated enough to make things to sell. I would rather sit at home sewing and painting today, but I have to go to work. Have I mentioned how much I hate open mic night? This town is full of crazies!

By the way, this weekend is Honfest in Baltimore. Check out Honfest.net, it is awesome!

I have a new job and I start this Tuesday. Only bad part is I need a lot of new things, and I can't afford it all yet. So, I'm proposing an idea...who wants to buy me stuff? I'm going to make wish lists on a few websites, and if you so choose, I will totally let you buy these things for me. It would make me soooo happy! And it would really help me out. AND I will love you forever! Any takers? Let me know!

I'll be shooting a photoset this Saturday!!! I still don't even know what my theme is gonna be, but I hope it gets accepted!! Wish me luck!

I got fired from the tattoo shop last week. It's a long story and it's total bullshit but that's just my opinion. Ink will have to wait for some of you. Now I'm just enjoying some free time...finally.

It's such an icky rainy day today!! I wish people would come in a get tattooed. I've been working 14 hours a day with nothing to show for it. What's the use of working so much when there's no work to be done? Apparently that's the sacrifice you make when trying to build a base of clients.

AND I barely have any time to do things that I want to do. I need to re-cover the couch in my living room and I haven't even put up any curtains or pictures yet and it's been over two months since I moved in! I also really need to start sewing so I can sell some clothes for the summer. I'm doing a very poor job of saving my money. GRR! Must be responsible!

I worked at the Philly Tattoo Convention two weeks ago. The Gypsy Queens artist bailed so a free booth opened up, and me and the other girl at the our second shop got to take it in exchange for tattooing two of the GQ's. I only worked Saturday, but it was an awesome experience. It was the first convention I ever tattooed at, and what better than my hometown to start with?

I'm looking for more people to ink, unfortunately no more freebies, but I'd like to do some new and interesting things. I'm really into traditional and new "skool" traditional stuff. So come on in and get some ink!!!

I'm officially at tattoo artist now, I've been given a spot at the shop!! No more waiting and wondering. And it's going great! I also got an apartment in my hometown yesterday. It's the second floor of an old victorian style house about 5 minutes away from the coffee shop my family owns. I can't wait to actually have room to sew and paint instead of being cramped into my bedroom at my parents house with no light whatsoever. Maybe I'll actually be able to get some pieces together to sell for some extra cash. Overall, I'd say things are going pretty well.
