My cover-up is pretty much complete! I still have to do the inside of my arm, we're going to do something different but something that goes with it, but for now I'm going to give this arm a break. It's been a long 4 sessions, so we're going to focus on completing my other sleeve now.

But I love it. Kris at White Lotus in Laguna Hills, CA, is wonderful, so happy to have him as my artist!

Birthday! Whee! Nothing super exciting planned, well, not most people's version of exciting. Spent the morning at my daughter's kindergarten open house, and watched a group of 5 year olds sing "I Believe I Can Fly," which was pretty fuckin rad and adorable. Now I'm going to take a nap with my youngest, then we are going to have our first mommy/daughter pedicure, and then pick up her sis from school. Then I am going to do a photoshoot with them.

And tomorrow, I get to go to my first 3 hour photography workshop, which I've been looking forward to for a month. My parents also got me a new set of softboxes for my studio, since I am so over umbrella lights.

And tomorrow night, my husband is taking me out for a surprise dinner, he won't tell me where, which is pretty awesome because he's not the surprise kind of guy. I am going to get all dolled up in my new dress and heels, and it'll be awesome!

Getting some more work done to my friendly little toucan on Sunday. Cannot wait! I need the tattoo time. I don't know why, but I only feel acceptable getting tattooed around Christmas or my birthday. I suck at spending money on myself.

Super pissed! Just got word that our landlords want us out by the end of next month. Which I guess is the end of our year lease, but when we were looking at the place they said they wanted long term renters, which we are. Now we have to find a new place and pack up and move. Not super easy with little kids. I do not like change very much, so this is super frustrating! I am definitely in freak out mode!
