Hey man, I commend you on having a plan and taking action.  My ex-brother in law was in a similar situation as you describe and lost a lot of weight by going keto and doing light exercising (like walking in a park) regularly.  You mentioned the other day that keto was sucking, but I think if you stick with it and start seeing results your motivation and drive to accomplish your goals will only increase.  I believe in you.
