I live on a small hick island that doesn't, in general, look favourably upon the Goth/Alternative scene to well, but it's seems to be slowly changing. I have two Vertical LOWbrets, (They enter between my lips and gums and exit through my chin), and was stretching my ears and had my Venoms done before having the fabulous brain wave of becoming socially accepted and took all my piercings out. I only managed to salvage the LOWbrets and haven't been bothered getting the rest redone yet.

I have a Goth Chick and Gothling perched at home, which is the cause of slight confusion and great joy at times. We have two cats and a racist white fish that ate our black one. I currently have no tattoos for one: lack of competant tattooists here, and two: lack of funds to go somewhere else, (all though my Goth Chick has a nice tattoo on her ankle).

We have a few friends here, but it's quite limited really. Travelling through cyberspace is a crap load cheaper than travelling in general. Not many ALT-parents here either. So nobody to really share our interests.
