Working towards the end of month number one in the lovely country of Afghanistan, its definitely an eye opening experience over here. The best way to explain it is to paraphrase the great Yucko the Clown "I smell shit, I see dogs, welcome to Afghanistan everybody!" In all seriousness though there is not much to complain about (yet) I get to play around with some big guns and hang out with some guys, that have become brothers to me, everyday. Cigarettes are cheaper than dirt here and my liver is taking a much needed break... If anyone happens to stumble across this that's in the Army hit me up and let me know what you think of your duty station as I am trying to narrow down what I would like to do with my next enlistment.
