I was accosted by two police officers for drinking a beer in a city park, and one of the questions posed was "Avez-vous des tatouages?" What the fuck do tattoos have to do with anything? Is this just small-talk, copper style?

I recently restarted my account. Why? I could not resist.

Heading to Québec in May (I hope) and Japan in July (I hope), so I would not mind meeting some people from those locales.

A friend of mine who spent a considerable amount of time in Medicine Hat, Alberta thought it apt to nickname the city 'Hell'. I have no objection with this, considering that most of the population consists of migrant labourers and retired seniors from Saskatchewan. If you're looking for an alternative youth culture in that city, you're SOL.

In other words, that was a waste of a Reading Week on my part.

Back to the meat-grinder tomorrow...

Guess I forgot to cancel my account. Oh well.

So I actually voted in this year's Students' Union elections. Granted, I used a pseudo-random number generator to determine my selections...

I think I'm going to let this account expire. I do not have enough time to regularly surf the site.

How do we measure energy? Foot pounds! Foot pounds!

And now for something completely different:

A cannibalistic geometric figure.

Calculus test tomorrow, Cryptography, Statistics, Actuarial Science, and Complex Analysis next week. The semester is in full swing, and I'm loving it.

Axis & Allies is the most mind-consuming game I have ever come across. It seems this will be my bane over the semester (last semester it was Gunbound).

Ahh, I wish I had a work ethic.

Let's consider a non-religious person (ie: myself) who, at some point in his/her life, decides that they would like to experience Ramadan within the centre of Mecca. Would it be possible to take on the guise of a faithful Islamic pilgrim without being discovered? I'm curious as to the consequences that could occur from this adventure; decapitation is an option, given the current Saudi Arabian regime.

I'm currently preparing to engage in a rousing game of Axis & Allies with a group of physicists. I've dressed for the occasion in my WWII-era Canadian military fatigues. However, I don't know if I want to play on the English side. :\
