Here are my latest stats as of right now- I have not smoked in 5 weeks, 3 days, 9 hours, 59 minutes, 37 seconds, and I have npt smoked 384 cigarettes and I have saved 120.00 dollars
I cant say that quitting is easy but I want to feel better and rgis is the first of many difficulkt steps but the only other option is to die and I am not ready to do that so I decided to take my life back on step ar a time. Ok I know the Rocky song is a bit cheesy but it made me smile.

Congrads and keep going! Thats a lot of money saved, and a lot of work! Try chewing in licorice root sticks as well, that helped my mom during the quitting process.
