I've been at this course and I have to say it's pretty retarded. The information they have is good but the teaching staff needs improvement. I've been teaching in one form or another over the last 5 years and I have to say that it's important to know how to teach.
I got my Gracie Barra Coach's certification. That means I'm good (nationwide) to coach BJJ. Pretty cool I think.
I'm gearing up for my upcoming deployment too. Nothing dangerous, I'm going to Japan. At least I get to see another part of the world. I'm pretty stoked about that.
Well, not too much left going on in my life. Sure looking forward to St Patty's Day this year. GOING TO GET WASTED!!
