Well this month has obviously been busy because I haven't written a post in quite a while.
Amelie is completely healed. Her VSD seems to be closing on it's own which is great news. And we haven't had to go back to sick kids for any reason. Hooray. She's so amazing. I can't believe how much more I love her each day.

Amelie was in at sick kids on Tuesday getting all her pre-surgery stuff done (x-rays, blood work, ecg's, etc. All went well and we got through there rather quickly. the good news from that day was that Amelie's blood pressures looked completely normal and that her VSD (the hole in her heart) started closing on it's own....

Amelie is a peach. She was so good, during all her tests today. even in the piggie o stat which is this awful machine that holds baby's up vertically with their arms all pressed against this tube with their head poking out
