i have read like 5 books already since this summer started.
i went through the last one (Last Exit To Brooklyn) in short of three days. that book is indefinately nuts.

right now i'm reading Hard Boiled Wonderland and The End of The World which is absolutely AWESOME and thanks for recommending it, Mary. now i'm going to have to read all of Murakami's books, especially if they are all as crazy and awesome and fantasy thought provoking sheer divine genius as this.

as opposed to tv, this is my escape this summer from walking house to house and bullshitting with bullshit people who watch the same bullshit tv i do and get brainwashed and brought down the same way i do, fuck all that. lets all get out a good book and just imagine for a while..mmkay?

other than that i am waiting for my dad to wake up so we can get started on some door knocking around town. i guess we are supposed to knock from 3:30 or 4 to around 7 or 8..who knows?

all i know is that i'm going to oakland this weekend so i need to call my sister so we can get all set to hang out and watch some dodger baseball.

i also know that i missed my appearance for a speeding ticket and i'm trying to rectify the problem by forging a "1" in front of the six on the citation to make it say sixteen instead of six. which gives me til tomorrow to get it fixed, especially if they DON'T have it in their system (which is a notorious plus of the nevada highway patrol).

oh and in other news, my glasses in that picture snapped in half last night while i was out drinking..without warning! i've had them for around six years...maybe seven. so i guess its to be expected but now i am visionless.. its a good thing i don't have to look at the keyboard or screen to know that i'm typing correctly.

thats a lot,,, but thats about all.
