as smog said "lets move to the country"

tomorrow is big decision day as to whether we move away from the gold coast and reside in murwillumbah, 3 bed plus study house with a backyard the kids can get old in under 400k

kinda excited, kinda freaked(2 mortgages), but more kinda excited

wont be ready to move into till around xmas though

just wanted to wish everyone a safe and happy xmas and new years.

staying at home this year since ive been spending all our money doing up the bathroom and expecting mel's brother and his girl to arrive boxing day (i can see us boys with beers and cricket being the main event, my liver is already kicking me)

apart from that everything is as good as it can be (puppies and fish are well) and we havent been flooded/snowed in etc like other people around the place (although the air con is getting a work out)

im at the tail end of a 3 day weekend which started with the gold coast show... i must say i wasnt that impressed with it, if i had kids that mightve been different

apart from that married life is kinda awesome, nah its just awesome, none of that kinda crap, started today with a 3km or so walk up at broadbeach just for something different, and as usual mel spotted a whale in the ocean, followed by the organic farmers markets and a kick ass 3 shot coffee

so who else has been doing what?

working on the house is fun

next friday is gold coast show day, looks like we might go

puppies are behaving as much as they can

and the wife is baking delicious smelling breads

not a haiku but who cares

im not sure if this place is as much fun as it used to be
