If you come visit my house, and bring your own food because you're vegan and don't trust me to provide, and I tell you, repeatedly, to make sure all bread is up on top of the refrigerator because the animals will eat it, and you leave it on the ground, or on the kitchen table, don't bitch when my animals eat it. Seriously, I warned you, not once but at least 5-6 times to put it up. And when they got into the first loaf, I told you to make sure it all got put up. And then they got into the other loaf you left down. This is all preventable. Cats and dogs will not resist the yummy smelling loaf indefinitely. Eventually, if you torment them with the sack of yummy goodness within their reach, they will eat it when you go to bed. It's in their nature.
I love when family comes to visit, especially when they are helping to convert our shed into a guest bedroom. But I am so ready for the judgmental, non-listening, cranky in-laws to leave. At least another week till it's all finished... must hang on, not yell or snipe and be happy pleasant daughter in law until they go.
My sanity is holding on by a thread.

And it was a good time!
