So, its been a week since I started my p90x back up, so far its been a struggle to make it through a full work out. I know that isnt what matters, its that I'm being active again above my work activities. I also stopped smoking on Friday the 13th. So far the cravings havent been bad, its a lot better than I was expecting.

Still have the lonely nights fellings, but I've been chatting with a few people here and there and its helping. Who wants to be a cuddle buddy? Lol.

Anyone have a good way to quit smoking? I want to try again and last time I quit, I did it cold turkey. I've had people tell me to get an E-Cigarette or do the pills from the doctors office.

Just would like some input...I'm trying to get into better shape and to stop smoking will be one huge step for me. The other step would be to actually keep a work out routine that I'll stick to....
