Ok, so after I started this new 3rd shift work schedule (1130pm - 730am
) needless to say I dont recommend that, I had to hold off on going to the gym much after work because my body was still shifting for about 3wks, (this would be the 5th), and last week I started going again, only 3 days with a light whole body workout, nothing much. Anyways heres the thing, in those 3wks of NOT going to the gym or exercising at all really, my body decided to do its random insane metabolism thing and I randomly lost about 13lbs. Dont ask me why or how it works, most of my friends hate me for being like that saying I can eat whatever I want etc. but the flip side is Ive always been so lean, I always try to bulk up a bit each year (barely happens at all) and its infuriating because I go to the gym 5days a week if I can. So heres my thing, I dont care how much I weigh, just how I look and if Im maintaining strength/endurance etc. but when I have a random weight loss like that I think its atleast 1/2 muscle because I dont look any thinnner really, fucking annoying! 3wks! and Im losing muscle. aggrivation*
