Holy fuck I didn't realize that I haven't posted any thing since Oct. Time files eh?

School has started back up again. I have a day of class and two days of clinicals which is awesome, nerve wracking but still awesome. I feel like this is finally happening and that all my hard work and sacrifice is finally starting to pay off.

At one my jobs (yes I have two) I work with people with disabilities. One of the staff decided to steal their meds and their money. Everyone who worked at that house had to be intereviewed by an state investigator. I have never had this happen before and it was somewhat jarring. I hope karma really bites the ass of the person who stole.

Found out that my son has a girlfriend. I am torn on how I feel about this. On one hand, I am happy that he is making a connection but then I am also afraid that he is going to be made fun of or that maybe she is just being nice to him and because of his autism he doesnt pick up on social cue. I don't know. We shall see how this pans out.

The Walking Dead starts soon!!!! Now that True Blood and Boardwalk Empire are done for the season, I gotta have something else to look forward too. Im still pissed about the way Boardwalk Empire season ended.

So yeah I have been really bad about not posting. Trying to balance family, work, and school has been somewhat unerving. I feel like I constantly leave someone/thing out. Only two more years to go, I hope

Super excited that fall is on the horizon. I love the colors, the changing of the leaves, cooler weather and most importantly, all things pumpkin!!

Glad that the Walking Dead is back! Anyone else watching it???

Ugh head cold sucks ass.

Nothing new to report. My son started 7th grade last week. He thinks he is all awesome because he is in 7th grade now lol. I start back to school next week and I can already feel the anxiety building. I didn't pass Pharmacology last semester so the school says I am on academic probation (1st time ever) and if I don't pass again, then I am out of nursing school. Way to put the pressure on huh?

I need more coffee. I slept well last night but can't seem to get my ass in gear before work this afternoon. I had my first day off in seven days and it felt great not to have to answer to anyone. I'm going to get another cup.

Ugh, I never thought I would say this but I'm ready for spring. I opened up my blinds and all I saw was white.

Doing my happy dance cause I found out I have been accepted into nursing school

Ahhh Labor Day. Haven't done much of anything today except clean house a bit and study for my Micro test tomorrow. I love waking up and having no expectations for the day. The weather here is beautiful. You can tell fall is on it's way and I am glad. I hate summer. I applied for nursing school last month and am playing the waiting game.
