i'm digging the nonprofit job. the french community in this city is so small... it's going to be interesting to find a way to generate more people to come into my site at the french cultural center... and when i say interesting i mean, i'm totally up for the challenge.
a few of us SGBC kids got together and carved some pumpkins, it was a little too much fun. pacmanman kumquat & Parker took pics... Im stoked to see them!
I hear back about the job of my dreams this week. the excitement and anticipation is killing my stomach, it's been super fluttery with butterflies the past two weeks.
Also I rescued a coffee table from craigslist, it was coated in snowboarding stickers, it took a little over 5 hours to remove them all and scrape off all the sticky residue, I've asked Choplogik if he wants to add some of his glorious art skills onto it. I don't want to put any restrictions or limits on it, not even going to ask a sample or make any requests.
What I really want is for him to do whatever he wants to the coffee table.
I remember that feeling of making some awesome flyer or poster in graphic design contracts and have the client go no thats too crazy or i dont think that's going to work... knocking down amazing ideas saying they want different but end up with some generic boring lifeless poster/flyer that looks just like everything else, it bites. people should be a bit more flexible with creative control, I also think by not putting any boundaries on this anything is possible, so it's going to be awesome cause there are unlimited options.
Also I think this short film was interesting and awesome, what do you kids think?
Each year I get all ambitious and go I'm gonna make my costume real early this year and blow everyone out of the water but end up with some last minute scramble to get something together.
I've got five days to make a Halloweenie costume and no I have not started yet.
til next time, ladies...
xoxo

I haven't checked this account or this site in a while, and I didn't realize you had so many sets. I also just found that little story you left me a few years back. Can't believe you remember that lol!
