i am so pissed off at myself..... had a bad day with eatting shit food.. i have lost 43lbs so far and keep shooting myself in the foot by eating shit food to the point of being sick..... i really wish i could just get this shit down to a everyday routine. ugh

so im really thinking about starting to get my ears pierced and start to gauge them... nothing huge but really thinking bout it..

had a good check up with the dr today down 43lbs so far ! going to be a bit till my goal of 120lbs but still a little chip out of the old hill..
on a upper note im going to see Rev Theory tomorrow!
